He is also accompanied by ‘his’ teenage daughter Tutar who does most of the pranks. Tutar is 24-year-old Bulgarian actor Maria Bakalova.
Last week, Cohen released a teaser in which he and Tutar caught a real-life prominent politician in the act.
Tutar plays a journalist interviewing Giuliani for real (so the Mayor thought) and later they are in a hotel room where the latter is fondling himself.
