This incident comes less than two weeks from when Spears was spotted at a local restaurant where sources told TMZ that she became “manic”, frustrating her husband, Sam Asghari to the point of getting up and leaving.

Insiders who were present during the meltdown at Joey in Woodland Hills, California told TMZ that Spears, 41 was ‘manic’ and began speaking gibberish.

She was being recorded by patrons at the establishment which was what triggered the singer. In a clip obtained by TMZ, Spears is seen holding up a menu to shield her face from the camera.

Insiders said that Asghari, 28 was “visibly upset” and “stormed out” of the place without his wife. Two minutes later, his wife walked out of the restaurant while her bodyguard paid for the bill.
