Kelly Clarkson’s stalker has been arrested again after violating the 12 restraining orders just a week after Clarkson was granted a permanent restraining order.

Kelly Clarkson's stalker is arrested again after 12th restraining order violations

According to TMZ, Huguette Nicole Young was arrested outside Clarkson’s San Fernando Valley home on Wednesday night. The singer has already been granted a temporary restraining order in addition to a permanent one last week. Now, Young has violated the terms of the restraining order 12 times.

12th Restraining order

Security apprehended a notorious stalker, identified as Young, lurking on Kelly Clarkson’s property and immediately alerted authorities. Despite a restraining order, the stalker had a strange habit of appearing at exactly 8:59pm without explanation.

Sources reveal that Clarkson is so alarmed that she doesn’t allow her children to go outside at night. Young has had a decade-long history of stalking Clarkson, starting in Nashville and following her to Los Angeles.

The stalker also left unwanted gifts at the base of Clarkson’s property. Recently, the singer obtained permanent restraining orders against Young and another individual, Victor Fernandez, forbidding them from any contact with Clarkson and her children and requiring them to stay at least 100 yards away.

In the past, both Young and Fernandez have repeatedly appeared at Clarkson’s home uninvited and caused disturbances.

Fernandez showed up several times

It was reported that the alleged stalker had made two additional visits to Kelly Clarkson’s home on the same day, both times in a semi-truck, followed by a separate visit on foot.

Legal documents state that on December 3, Fernandez returned to the home on foot and spoke with house staff, claiming that Clarkson had instructed him to meet her at the residence. However, the singer claims to have no knowledge of who Fernandez is.

A member of Clarkson’s security team, Ludwin Munoz, stated that he had communicated with Fernandez through the home’s camera system during the December incident, and that Fernandez had been confused and irritated when denied entry.

Clarkson fears for her children

Kelly Clarkson has been granted a five-year-long restraining order against two individuals, Victor Fernandez and a woman named Young, who have been repeatedly showing up at her home uninvited and causing disturbances.

The American Idol alum fears for her safety and that of her two children, and has requested that Fernandez be kept at least 100 yards away from her house, car, job, and the school and childcare her children attend.

Young has reportedly appeared at Clarkson’s house at least 18 times since the end of October and left unwanted gifts such as dog toys, stickers, plants, notes, and seeds on her porch. Clarkson is taking steps to protect herself and her family.
