Former K-pop girl group member f(x)’s Luna dedicated a heartfelt message to the late Sulli.

Luna shared a photo of the group on Oct 25, and captioned an emotional post as a tribute to Sulli who died on Oct 14.

She wrote:

“My loving members, people who have been with me for the past 10 years and who I’m grateful for.” Luna went on to say, “Our pretty Sulli, I’m only now writing this post. Thanks to you, I laughed a lot and also cried a lot, we fought quite a lot, didn’t we..? I’m sorry I didn’t take care of you more, love you more. I’ll pray that our pretty Sulli will shine brighter in the pretty sky. I love you so much, I can’t express my gratitude to you in words. You were such a lovely child and such a mature dongsaeng. I love you Sulli, I love you so much.”

In South Korea, suicide is the fourth leading cause of death. The suicide rate in the country is at the highest level (10), according to the World Health Organisation.

South Korea also lead the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) with the highest rate of people who commit suicide.

It is reported that lawmakers of South Korea are proposing an act called the ‘Sulli Act’. It is proposed by nine members of the National Assembly and it will tackle the issue of cyber bullying.
It is believed that Sulli was going through a lot of pressure and depression due to cyber bullying and that is why she took her own life.
