cocaine

In a recent episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden, actress Gwyneth Paltrow discussed some outrageous experiences about using cocaine and inviting strangers home.

On Monday’s programme, the 50-year-old creator of Goop discussed how enjoyable it was to be popular, impolite, and get away with it before the advent of social media.

It was wonderful, talk about using cocaine without getting caught, she said while laughing. You could simply be having fun at a bar and dancing on the table.

You could go home with some random and no one would know

Specifically in New York, there were no paparazzi and there were no camera phones. Nobody would notice if you left a pub stumbling and went home with a rando.

On Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live! in 2015, Paltrow said that “ecstasy” was the hardest drug she has ever used.

To the recording, Paltrow, who was known for adopting a strict macrobiotic diet, donned a crop top and skirt in black and a thick gold link necklace. She discussed her cravings throughout her pregnancy with her now-18-year-old daughter Apple on the show.

Paltrow’s cocaine

“I want apples, yoghurt, Swiss cheese, and Baskin-Robbins Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream, the woman declared. That was all I wished for.

The actress remarked, “Apple is now 18 and I have a junior in high school.” Moses is sixteen.

I must admit that I cherished each and every stage of motherhood, and at each one, I thought, “Oh, how I wish I could freeze time, as though I’ll never love them more than this.” And you simply grow to love them more.

Also acknowledged by Paltrow was Corden for once providing her son Moses with a ride home.

We only discussed music, according to Corden, and not cocaine.

He exited the vehicle, and James and Jules exclaimed, “Well, he’s the coolest person I think we have ever met.”

Paltrow misses her daughter Apple

Paltrow admitted that she had been struggling to adjust to her new empty home now that Apple is a college freshman and said that things were much quieter now.

She said: ‘I’m not handling it very well. It’s a huge change because Apple’s really hilarious and she’s got a big presence,’

‘So when we are around the dinner table and somebody says to Moses ‘what is it like with your sister not home?’ And he’s like “quiet”.’

Paltrow spoke on the programme with Corden to discuss her new Audible series The Goop Pursuit and what motivated her to start the podcast.

“At Goop, we are always looking for unique ways to use content to reach new audiences, to kind of advance culture, and to spark intriguing dialogues,” she said. It’s an audio collection. There are four components. Audible has it.

Paltrow said that she enjoys podcasts a lot and that Audible has been fantastic. She claimed that while she still reads books, she also enjoys listening a lot. Deep dives on particular topics will be covered in the 90-minute Goop series.

‘The first one is about pleasure because I think we have an interesting weird relationship with pleasure in our culture,’ the actress said.

‘Especially women, we are so freaked out to have pleasure not only sexual pleasure…’

Hilary Swank or Gwyneth Paltrow in the 1990s

Hilary Swank, who is pregnant with twins was also present during the interview.

Before Paltrow’s reflection of (potentially) living it up in the 1990s, the two A-listers bonded over their top career achievements.

“You won your Academy Award in 1999?” Swank, 48, — who is pregnant with twins — said, turning to Paltrow, to which she replied, “I think so.” Swank followed up saying she won hers “right after” her in 2000, which prompted the pair to share a high five amid cheers from the audience.

“You were famous in the nineties and I wasn’t,” Swank said, noting that Boys Don’t Cry, which is the film that put her on the mainstream map, didn’t come out until 1999.
