Monica Lewinsky, 49, is an anti-bullying activist, author, speaker and public figure from the United States and is remembered by many for the sex scandal involving then-President Bill Clinton and now she is making waves for a nose job.

Not long ago, her net worth was $1.5 million. Monica Lewinsky: From blowing her job away to a nose job

The affair happened when Lewinsky was just an intern at the White House. Lewinsky’s phone conversations were secretly recorded by co-worker Linda Tripp in whom she confided in. In March 1999, Lewinsky was interviewed by Barbara Walters on “20/20” and the broadcast drew 70 million viewers.

“He was my boss. He was the most powerful man on the planet. He was 27 years my senior, with enough life experience to know better. He was, at the time, at the pinnacle of his career while I was in my first job out of college,” Monica Lewinsky, now 49 years old, wrote in a 2018 Vanity Fair essay.

According to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton who recounted in Hulu’s Hillary documentary, when the news of the scandal broke, President Clinton vehemently denied it privately and publicly (“I did not have sexual relations with that woman,” he infamously claimed in a January 1998 news conference).

That was a pure denial of romance in a relationship, some say.

Before the news broke, the president told his wife that it was all a big mix-up. He said ‘there’s nothing to it, it’s not true, I may have been too nice to her and may have paid her too much attention,'” Clinton said in Hillary, adding that she found this explanation “convincing” at the time.

In addition, Lewinsky signed an affidavit stating that she and the president did not have a sexual relationship. She claimed that he had advised her to do so. On the same January, the president denied in a deposition for a separate legal suit.

It didn’t take long for President Clinton’s version of events to unravel, though, and by February of 1998—with help from headline-making, secretly-recorded confessions Lewinsky made to her former coworker Linda Tripp—it became clear that his indiscretions with his intern were a fact.

The details of their encounters became widely-known, from the stained blue dress to the cigar. As Lewinsky said in a 2015 TED Talk, “Overnight, I went from being a completely private figure to a publicly humiliated one worldwide. I was patient zero of losing a reputation on a global scale almost instantaneously.”

She clearly had relationship issues.

So what is Lewinsky up to lately, since the affair which was years ago? According to New York Times her Clinton-related legal debt in 2000 had reached $1.5 million dollars. In 1999, Lewinsky had a handbag line. The same her she became a spokesperson for weight loss company Jenny Craig the same year.

Lewinsky also made several TV appearances, and hosted a 2003 Fox dating show called Mr. Personality (like The Bachelorette or Love Is Blind, except all of the male suitors wore creepy masks).

She attended the London School of Economics earning a Masters of Science degree in social psychology. Her thesis sounds like it hit close to home: the title was “In Search of the Impartial Juror: An exploration of the third person effect and pre-trial publicity.”

The latest news on Lewinsky is that she has paid for painful plastic surgery, therapy, dental treatment, and personal training but has not done a nose job. She lost 31 pounds via the Jenny Craig plan and became their spokesperson. She is now being paid to advertise the Jenny Craig diet, with TV commercials showing “before” and “after” Monica as per the source.

It was reported that Lewinsky had head-to-toe surgery and liposuction in California in 2020 thanks to an anonymous benefactor.
