The illegal migrant saga is still ongoing as there are statements all over X that a school in New York is closing for the day in order to house illegals. For obvious reasons, Americans are vehemently upset hearing this with some even accusing the government of not caring enough for the American people.
According to the Daily Wire, around 2,000 illegal immigrants at a tent shelter in New York City’s Floyd Bennett Field face evacuation due to an imminent storm. City officials are relocating them to James Madison High School as the city anticipates severe weather with torrential rain and 70-mph winds.
Students left early on Tuesday, as the school prepares to accommodate the migrants, and Wednesday’s classes will be remote.
Gym teacher Robyn Levy expressed concern about the abrupt evacuation and the impact on the school environment. City Hall spokesperson Kayla Mamelak emphasized the relocation’s proactive nature for safety amid potential weather hazards, clarifying it’s temporary.

Conservatives state Biden is hitting a new “low” for letting this happen. Many are concerned that 2,000 kids are being thrown out of school in order to house non-Americans. Furthermore, many are seeing this as the most un-American act a government could do.
My dad goes to the VA and he can't get an appointment for 6 or 7 months, but it's not due to illegal immigrants, it's due to the fact that the VA is generally short staffed, and also sucks. This has been a problem for the last 25 years for him, can't blame illegals for our issues

Veterans are complaining that they are being sidelined despite serving their country with pride and dignity. A veteran claims that the resources in order to help our former soldiers are directed towards helping illegal migrants. The VA is a separate entity all together but veterans feel that it is lacking the attention of the federal government.

For the most part, Americans are unhappy that these migrants are not documented and were not vetted through properly by the government. Regardless, the support for Trump is growing solely due to this crisis, will the Democrats recover from this debacle?
