Avengers actor Mark Ruffalo has spoken up about what he thinks of the recent Elon Musk interview with Donald Trump.
On Aug 12, Musk hosted Trump on his platform X where the duo discussed a myriad of topics ranging from immigration to Project 2025 to Kamala Harris’ looks.
They even addressed the topic of Donald Trump’s lisp, which Trump attributed to technology imperfections.
”Unfortunately, because of the complexity of modern day equipment, and cellphone technology, my voice was, in certain areas, somewhat different and strange,” Trump said on Truth Social. He then uploaded a new recording of the interview on his X account which sounded a lot better.
Ruffalo posted his thoughts on X on Aug 13 and also shared an article from the Guardian which gave an overview of the entire interview.
“Elon just sat there while Trump ate up all the “conversation”. It’s hilarious listening to Elon try and break in and being swallowed by a cesspool of meaningless word concoctions. Two billionaires, billionairing all over each other. What a ridiculous diatribe. Tax them heavily 😂,” said Ruffalo, captioning the post.

Ruffalo has always been outspoken about his views on any number of topics. Last month he blasted Trump on the topic of Project 2025. Project 2025 aims to make huge changes to the US federal government should Trump come to power.

Trump also spoke about education where Project 2025 is concerned during the session with Musk.
“I want to close up Department of Education, move education back to the states. If you moved education back to the 50 [states], you’ll have some that won’t do well… but they’ll actually be forced to do better, because it’ll be a pretty bad situation.
“I’ll bet you’d have 30, 35 states that’ll be much better. And you know what it’ll cost? Less than half what it is in Washington,” said Trump.
If implemented, Project 2025 will remove critical protections for American schoolchildren and college students and erase any federal government effort to improve America’s schools.
It aims to eliminate the United States Department of Education, shifting education to state and local levels.
