Lizzo is known to be a plus size advocate for women, and has been popular in lieu of her talent and confidence. Unfortunately, in recent years, she is riddled with controversies with alleged statements from her dancers. South Park has recently parodied her in one of their episodes which prompted her to react to it.
According to the Daily Mail, Lizzo humorously reacted to being parodied in “South Park’s” obesity special, where her music is prescribed as a feel-good alternative to weight-loss drugs.
The episode, which critiques society’s approach to body image and pharmaceuticals, features Cartman prescribed “Lizzo” for body positivity. She has been parodied about her influence by the show’s creators who has in fact parodied many other celebrities.

Following that, it appears that users are not entirely too keen with the plus size movement. Critics argue that it is okay for some to be overweight while others, who are men in particular, are constantly criticized for it.

Furthermore, X users are giving their hats off to the singer as she appears to be taking the whole joke extremely well. Others claim that she has to take it well or else she would be seen as a hypocrite. For the most part, the current generation is more acceptive towards women who are curvier.
