Recently, a trans woman was seen identifying as a girl. Apparently the individual is trying to join a swimming contest for 13-year-old girls. Conservatives find this unnerving as they are concerned for the actual young girls in the competition. Furthermore, this is what woke culture brings to the table.
According to Sportskeeda, women’s rights activist Riley Gaines criticized a swimming championship in Toronto for allowing a 50-year-old biological male to compete against teenage girls. Gaines, a 23-year-old former NCAA swimmer, had previously faced gender disparities when competing against Lia Thomas, a biologically male swimmer.
Furthermore, she recently came across another instance of gender inequality in a swimming competition. The Richmond Hill Aquatic Centre’s Fall Classic involved nine girls aged 13-14 and one 50-year-old biological male, Nicholas J. Cepeda (Melody Wiseheart). The organizers initially denied Wiseheart’s participation but later allowed it to avoid controversy. Gaines openly criticized this on Twitter, sharing a Rebel News report.

Following that, conservatives are showing their dismay towards the whole situation. X users state that it does not make sense that a biological male is competing in women’s sports. Now they’re saying that it is even worse now that older individuals are trying to compete with young teenage girls.
Imagine the feeling of being a 13 year old girl and every adult in your life has failed you to the point you’re undressing with a man play pretending as a teen girl. No one is stopping him. In fact you’re told there’s something wrong with you if you don’t like it.

In addition to this, users are accusing the trans woman of being sick in the mind for trying to enter this competition. Most are showing concerns towards the trans individual who would probably demand to change among the teenagers. Many find this inappropriate, and this is making the transgender movement suffer with more backlash.

Furthermore, X users state that those who are involved with this happening should be in jail. Others state that being transgender aside, the age gap alone is very concerning. If the participant was a biological woman, it would still get massive backlash from conservatives as well.
