Woman says Scoot denied compensation after surfboards were allegedly broken in transit
"These are essential equipment and this irreparable damage has fully disrupted my traveling schedule in Phuket and later in Indonesia, resulting in direct financial loss.😤 my two surfboards worth more than 💲2500 I have sent multiple formal compensation claim emails with full valid evidence to Scoot official email and CAAS(Singapore Civil Aviation Authority).
