The topic of pronouns has been a major problem among X users. This all started with the non-binary movement, people who are generally in confusion with their own gender. However, it seems that this whole confusing ordeal fits the entirety of the woke agenda. It went to the point where even Elon Musk made a controversial statement regarding it.
CNBC states a Business.com report highlights that over 80% of nonbinary individuals fear that openly identifying as such could harm their job prospects. Additionally, 51% believe their gender identity negatively impacts their workplace experiences. Ryan McGonagill, director of industry research at Business.com, emphasizes the need for more diversity, equity, inclusion.
Furthermore, the report also reveals that resumes featuring gender-neutral pronouns receive 8% less interest from employers, even though many of the hiring managers were from Equal Opportunity Employers. Experts suggest minimizing bias and being aware of it during hiring processes.

Following that, a drama occurred between Libs of TikTok and a reporter for USA Today. The reporter asks how the account feels about a bomb threat in relation to a professor requiring their students to have pronouns. However, Chaya Raichik, the founder of Libs of TikTok shows in a screenshot saying that the reporter has pronouns and should not be taken seriously.
Furthermore, Elon Musk agrees to this rhetoric stating that those who have pronouns in their bio have their mind eaten by the woke virus. Most conservatives on X appear to agree with this sentiment as non-binary and those using their pronouns are typically seen as ultra woke liberal individuals.

On the other hand, liberals state that we have been using pronouns for centuries. They state that referring to a man or woman is also related to this. However, the context is completely different. Conservatives are typically referring to those using these indicators to show support to the non-binary individuals.
