Taylor Swift tops highest paid celebrity list

Forbes just announced its annual list of the world’s highest paid celebrities and Taylor Swift made it to the top.

The American pop-star earns an estimated pre-tax income of USD185 million (SGD251 million).

Swift’s income can be credited to her 2018 Reputation tour and album.

Next up on the list is social media and reality TV star Kylie Jenner who is earning a cool USD170 million (SGD230 million) thanks her cosmetics line.

Jenner’s brother-in-law Kanye West takes the third spot with USD150 million (SGD203 million).

Lionel Messi, footballer from Argentina earns USD127 million (SGD172 million) on the fourth spot while singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran is in the fifth spot earning USD110 million (SGD149 million).

Rounding up the top 10 are Cristiano Ronaldo with US$109 million, Brazilian football ace Neymar with US$105 million, The Eagles with US$100 million, TV personality Dr Phil McGraw with US$95 million and Mexican boxer Canelo Alvarez with US$94 million.
