Taylor Swift seems to be dominating the world of football these days in addition to her music. The National Football League (NFL) is promoting the singer even more than their best player it appears.
The NFL released a promotional video for the 2024 football season just ahead of the opening game on Thursday and Swift seems to be dominating the screen. She appears five times in the 28-second clip.

She appears on the screen more times than any player in the league. The NFL also does not feature the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes until the end of the video. Mahomes appears at the tail end holding the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
The video is a recap of the 2023 season and the reason Swift is featured so predominantly is because thatâs when she started dating Chiefâs star player Travis Kelce.
The video features Swift celebrating with Kelceâs mom Donna; arriving at a game in a custom made Chiefs jacket, kissing Travisâs on the field as well as chugging down a beer at the Super Bowl.
Both Kelce and Mahomes have spoken about Swift being a big football fan and it now looks like she also has a lot of clout at the NFL headquarters.
The only other celebrity to be featured in the NFL highlights is Dolly Parton who is shown for a brief moment in a Dallas Cowboys outfit.
Kelce and Swiftâs relationship went public when Swift first appeared at the Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City to see the Chiefs star play against the Chicago Bears on Sept 24, 2023.
Kelce will be playing his 12th season in the NFL and the Kansas City Chiefs are hoping for their third consecutive Super Bowl title. Dating Swift has given Kelce and the game a new level of fame.
On September 3, Kelce went on the Rich Eisen Show where he spoke about joining Swift on stage during the London Eras tour in June.
He said that Swift made him really comfortable about being on stage.
âTaylor knew when the lights are on, Iâm gonna have some fun. She put me in a position where I didnât have to do much for it to be a success. She put me in a really comfortable part of the show, and I was just there not to screw anything up.â
