Joe Jonas will be dismissing his divorce case against Sophie Turner. The couple announced their separation on September 6 on Instagram.
The couple said that they made the decision together and they will now “pursue an amicable resolution of all issues after reaching various agreements during meditation.” The court documents are in relation to Jonas’ petition, the suit filed by Turner is still unknown.
According to a TMZ report, the couple believe an “amicable resolution” on all issues between them is forthcoming after they started a mediation last week.
The couple told People magazine “After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the US and the UK. We look forward to being great co-parents.”
The agreement states that the children will initially stay with Turner from October 9 to 21 and she will be able to travel throughout the US or the UK. After that, their daughters will stay with Jonas until November 2.
The couple has two kids, 3-year-old Willa and 1-year-old Delphine.

The duo will have custody shared between them until January 7, 2024 and holidays will also be divided.
The actor also put a cryptic message on Instagram lately about doing the right thing. The motivational message written on a mirror reads; “I am at the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.”
Joe Jonas, 34 filed for divorce from 27-year old Turner in Miami court after four years of marriage.
Reports also say that Taylor Swift has lent her New York City apartment to Joe Jonas following their split and while they iron out the custody arrangements. The apartment is located in Tribeca and is an investment property of the singer.
According to one source, Swift just wants to support her friend and she is letting Turner stay for as long as she needs.
